Holiday season is just around the corner! Crazy, right?? 🤯
With Thanksgiving and Christmas upcoming, we tend to see an influx of new clients, and we love to see all the new faces! But we do get a lot of questions... what is this trial board thing? 🤔
So we made a little infographic about it! If you're looking for a place to board your pets for the holidays or otherwise, we're happy to help set your furry friend up for success!
A few helpful tips when it comes to our trial process...
- Book your pup's trial in advance! Even if you're not planning to travel soon, it's best to just get it taken care of sooner rather than later. You never know when an emergency might come up!
- Leave a little extra travel time to find us! While we pride ourselves on our tucked-away location, we've been told we're a little difficult to find for first-time visits! The trial is also a trial run for YOU 😉
- Expect the check-in process to take at least 15 minutes. During check-in, we'll discuss your pet's care instructions, appropriate accommodations, and have you fill out our agreement of care contract.
- Bring the essentials! Your pup's vaccine records, any medication they're currently taking (INCLUDING medication they may have for stressful events, if your pup is on the anxious side), enough food for a one-night stay, a couple treats, and a favorite toy/blanket/bed that smells like home!
