🐾 Happy National Veterinary Technician Week!
This week, we’re celebrating the incredible professionals who keep veterinary medicine moving forward — and today, we want to shine a special spotlight on our Licensed Veterinary Technician, Krissy.

Krissy is an essential part of our team. From assisting in surgery, capturing and interpreting radiology images, monitoring anesthesia, providing hands‑on nursing care, and supporting client education, she helps ensure every patient receives safe, skilled, and compassionate care. Her expertise strengthens every corner of our clinic.

Veterinary Technicians are highly trained medical professionals who complete rigorous schooling, pass national and state board exams, and maintain continuing education — all to provide the highest standard of care for your pets. They are the nurses, anesthetists, dental hygienists, lab technicians, radiology techs, and educators of the veterinary world, all rolled into one.

Krissy embodies everything that makes LVTs extraordinary: knowledge, dedication, calm under pressure, and a genuine love for helping animals and the people who care for them.

Please join us in celebrating Krissy — and all Veterinary Technicians — for their hard work, compassion, and the vital role they play in keeping our patients healthy and our clinic running smoothly. 🐶💛🐱

🐾 Happy National Fetch Day!
Today we’re celebrating all the pups who live for the thrill of the chase, the perfect catch, and that joyful sprint back to their favorite humans.

But if your dog isn’t quite in jumping shape these days, you’re not alone. Injuries, arthritis, and degenerative joint disease can all make fetch a little less fun. The good news is that we have a variety of pain‑control options and joint supplements to help keep pets comfortable, mobile, and feeling their best.

Our goal is simple: help your pets get back to the activities they love.

If you’ve noticed stiffness, slowing down, or discomfort during play, reach out to our clinic. We’re happy to help create a personalized game plan to support your pet’s joint health and keep those tails wagging. 🐶💛

🐱🌾 National Feral Cat Day
Today we’re raising awareness for the feral and community cats who share our neighborhoods — and the important role spaying and neutering plays in keeping their populations healthy and manageable.

Feral cats often live in large colonies, and without intervention, their numbers can grow quickly. By spaying and neutering, we can help reduce overpopulation, prevent suffering, and improve the overall wellbeing of these cats.

If you care for feral cats in your area, reach out to our clinic. We’re happy to discuss options for getting them safely and affordably fixed, and we can help guide you toward local programs and resources designed to support community cat caretakers.

Together, we can make a meaningful difference for the feral cats who call our community home. 🐾

🐾 National Pet Obesity Awareness Day
Today we’re shining a light on an important part of keeping our furry family members healthy: maintaining a healthy weight.

A few extra cookies or table scraps may seem harmless, but over time they can add up. Extra weight puts stress on joints, affects mobility, and increases the risk of diabetes, heart disease, and other health concerns. And sometimes, weight gain isn’t just about calories—underlying medical conditions can play a role too.

If you’ve noticed your pet gaining weight or you’re unsure what a healthy weight looks like for them, reach out to our clinic. We’re happy to help evaluate their body condition and work with you to develop a safe, realistic game plan to get them feeling their best.

Healthy pets are happy pets, and we’re here to support you every step of the way. 🐶💛🐱

A full physical exam is one of the most important parts of keeping your pet healthy. Since our furry family members can’t tell us what hurts or what feels “off,” these exams allow us to catch concerns early—often before they become bigger problems.

During your pet’s visit, our team takes time to check everything from nose to tail… and we mix in plenty of love, scratches, and treats (when pets want them!) to make the experience as low‑stress and comfortable as possible.

If your pet is due for their annual exam, or if you’ve noticed anything that seems unusual, don’t wait. Reach out to our clinic—we’re here to help your pets stay happy, healthy, and feeling their best.

🎉 Happy Customer Service Week! 🎉
Today we’re celebrating Tammy, one of the amazing voices and friendly faces who welcomes our clients with patience, compassion, and a smile.

Customer service professionals are often the very first interaction someone has with a business, and their dedication sets the tone for every visit. Tammy—and all customer service representatives—play a crucial role in helping our clients feel supported from the moment they reach out.

Thank you for your hard work, your kindness, and the heart you bring to our clinic every day. We appreciate you more than you know.

Happy National Walk Your Dog Week!
This week is all about celebrating the simple habit that keeps our dogs healthier for life: walking.

Walking helps pets burn calories, maintain a healthy weight, and keep their joints moving comfortably as they age. For senior dogs or pets with arthritis, gentle daily walks can be one of the most effective ways to support mobility.

Snap a photo on your walk and share it with us—we’d love to cheer your pups on.

If you’re concerned about your dog’s weight or mobility, give us a call. We’re here to help you build a safe, personalized activity plan.
