We’re moving to MT. Our hearts are so full knowing we’ll be close to family, and we absolutely can’t wait for all the adventures ahead.

We are taking our bunnies and will continue our rabbitry there once we get settled.

Today was a tough one. Little Otie, our last baby, headed to his new home, and even though we’re happy for him, our hearts are feeling it. After his injury, we didn’t know if his teeth would heal, so we prepared to keep him forever. But he surprised us with a perfect recovery and became the sweetest, most stunning bun.

Letting him go was the hardest goodbye yet.

Happy Sunday!

Sharing a little behind‑the‑scenes look at Otie’s temporary home. Since he’s reached the age where hormones start kicking in, we’ve moved him into his own space until his neuter appointment. It keeps things calm and prevents any tension with his mom and aunt.

Once he’s neutered and fully healed, we’re planning to work on rebonding the three of them. It can take patience and slow introductions, but we’re hopeful they’ll be able to live together again.

For now, here’s his setup—simple, safe, and comfortable. He is let out often and gets plenty of exercise time.

Wishing everyone a relaxing weekend.

Memorial Day is the most expensive holiday on the calendar. Every hot dog, every burger, every spin around the lake, or drink with friends and family… is a debt purchased by others.

This day isn’t about all who have served — that day comes in the fall.
This one honors those who paid in life and blood; whose moms never saw them again, whose dads wept in private, whose wives raised kids alone, and whose children only remember them from pictures.

It isn’t simply a day off. It’s a day to remember that others paid for every free breath you ever get to take.
Freedom.

Lowes had a beautiful display to show respect to fallen heroes.
Today, I especially remember the sacrifice of Maj. Adrianna M. Vorderbruggen and her team. They will never be forgotten. 🇺🇸
