Forever thankful to CHP - Modesto
We are incredibly grateful for Officer Fowles and the Good Samaritans who stepped in and acted so quickly that day. Their courage, training, and compassion made all the difference.
Dr. Singh is very fortunate to have been given a second chance, and we are so thankful to see him healthy and continuing to care for the animals and families of our community.
Thank you to Officer Fowles, The Good Samaritan - Alex Ramirez ( Check the Comments ) the firefighters, paramedics, and everyone who played a part in saving his life. This is a beautiful reminder of the importance of helping others when it matters most. ❤️
We are proud to have Dr. Singh as the owner of the Sisk Veterinary Hospital still here today.🐾❤️
A Life Saved - This Is Why We Do What We Do ❤️🚔
On January 16, 2024, Officer Fowles was on patrol when he came across a minor traffic collision near Sisk Road and the SR-99 off-ramp.
What appeared to be a minor crash quickly became a life-or-death situation. Officer Fowles observed a male on the ground while Good Samaritans were performing CPR. Officer Fowles immediately took over CPR, and the male regained consciousness.
Firefighters and paramedics arrived and transported the man to a local hospital, where he eventually underwent triple bypass surgery.
Thankfully, he made a full recovery. ❤️
Recently, Officer Fowles had the opportunity to reunite with the man, Dr. Singh, who continues to work as a veterinarian at Sisk Veterinary Hospital in Salida.
From a roadside emergency to a full recovery, this is a powerful reminder of why we do what we do.
This is the reason we serve. This is the reason we respond. This is the reason we do this job, to save lives. 🚔❤️
