Sandstone Equestrian Center Sandstone Equestrian Center is a local horse farm specializing in English horseback riding lessons. Welcome to Sandstone Equestrian Center in Mobile, Al.

We are located just 75 miles to the West of Pensacola, Fl and 50 miles East of Biloxi ,Ms on the beautiful Gulf Coast. Our farm on, Jeff Hamilton Rd. in West Mobile, is easily accessed from both I-10 and I-65. We offer boarding, training and lessons specializing in Dressage and Eventing. We have a 20 stall barn complete with tack room and wash rack, six levels of cross country courses through the

novice level complete with a water complex, a show jumping course and 2 dressage arenas, a 60x20 meter and a 40x20 meter. We offer riding lessons for adults and children from complete beginner to the more advanced rider. Throughout the year we host horse shows, summer camps and clinics.

Just a reminder today is the closing date for our March Horse Trials. We are looking forward to a fun day of showing with concessions from Coach Browns BBQ and Holly Jolly Snowcones . Willow Tack will also be set up so be ready to shop! There will be also be a special award sponsored by the wonderful Hilda Donahue and some high point awards as well. Hope to see you there!

As we are wrapping up another year I just want to thank everyone for coming out to school xc or for attending our shows and clinics in 2025. We are happy to be a part of your horse riding journey :) 2026 will be 19 years of hosting shows and looking forward to making more fun memories! Happy Holidays from the Sandstone crew!

We have decided to go ahead with moving my the show date to Sunday the 16th. The weather looks to be staying pretty consistent that the worst rain/storms will be here Saturday and it is showing sunshine for Sunday. If you have signed up and now can not attend due to the day change please let me know as soon as possible. I hope we will still get to see most of yall and that the weather won’t be too bad Saturday:)

Hey everyone! We are keeping a close eye on the weather this weekend as there is a some severe weather forecasted for this weekend. We have plans in place to move the show to Sunday if it looks like it will be a better weather day, we will make a decision by noon on Wednesday and let everyone know.
