The Pretty Pittie Committee is a Foster based 501(c)3 non profit organization that is dedicated to the underdogs, although we are not breed specific, We take pride in being able to provide second chances to the southern shelters and street dogs that deserve so much more then what they have been given especially bully breeds. We are working endlessly in hopes to decrease the overpopulation of aband

oned and unloved dogs and puppies in our area,by encouraging and assisting with local spay and neuters for our community while we educate and advocate for those who have been forgotten, always speaking up for those without a voice.

Meet Tomi!
She was dumped in the Hattiesburg area and found by a kind person who has had her spayed and vaccinated and is covering the cost of her heartworm treatment (which she is currently undergoing).
She loves people and is ok with others dogs she’s met, but she does need to be fed separate as she is food aggressive due to her unfortunate background.
She is around 2-3 years old, HOUSE BROKEN, and very affectionate. If you think you would like to make her a part of your family, you can contact Brenden Trussell.

She was taken in by a kind stranger when her owners moved out of their home and abandoned her. She is 6 years old and located in Chickasaw, AL. This is what her current care takers had to say about her:
She is HEARTWORM NEGATIVE!! She has a spay scar, she has now been microchipped, vaccinated for rabies and DHLPP. She is good with other dogs, kids, even cats! House trained, doesn’t need a crate as she is absolutely perfect and doesn’t even get on the furniture! She lets you know when she has to go out to potty! We affectionately call her House Hippo 🦛

Meet JoJo!
She is a 2yo spayed female chihuahua mix who adores and children and desperately wants someone to love her back!
A little history, her owner got her as a puppy and has kept her (mostly) outside in a fenced yard. A few weeks ago a situation arose and he was forced to find somewhere to take her, so she is now with us in foster care. He did mention that she doesn’t like cats.
She loves all other dogs, loves people, and especially loves whichever person shows her attention. She will follow you EVERYWHERE.
She is content indoors or out. She isn’t fully housebroken, but will go on a p*e pad if she can’t hold it until the next potty break.
Hoping to find someone that will foster-to-adopt JoJo. She may have a little anxiety initially, (she was quite anxious her first few days in foster care) but after a few days she will come out of her shell and her loving and energetic little personality will show.
Is anyone looking for a miniature Buddy to shadow them on any and all life adventures? Jojo may be just what you’re looking for!

Lucky and Ducky have had zero interest 🥺. At this point, we’re assuming they were dumped, but we can’t prove it.

We’re looking for someone who can adopt them both, as they’re very attached and we really don’t want to separate them.

They’re both 7 years old, spayed, open to meeting kids and dogs! Lucky (black dog) needs to lose some weight, and she has been taking pain meds for arthritis, but when she’s on the pain meds she’s up and jumping and ready to party!

Please help us share these ladies and find them a new home!

This 5-month-old sweetheart has two priorities: playtime and cuddle time! She’s ready to chase some toys, make you laugh, and then snuggle up like she’s been yours forever.

Meet Reba

Reba is the goofy girl of the litter. She loves to flip and toss her toys around in the air and loves to play with other dogs. She is also very smart! When you first meet Reba, she has to get all the smells in and then you can pet her.
Reba is great with humans of all sizes and would love to have another dog to play with in her potential new home. She doesn’t mind cats either.
Reba is 5.5 months old, fully vaccinated and spayed.
