Hi everyone! I know Im bad about posting on here and Im sorry about that. For those who are still following along, I thought Id make a post about one of our foster kitties! Not a whole lot has been going on here lately which is why Im not posting much. We aren’t taking in anymore fosters currently because we haven’t found homes for all the current ones we have, with people not being very interested in adopting older cats. Which I do understand! Here soon, I will post some recent pictures of everyone!

Today, we took our foster, Mama, to the vet to have all but her 4 canine teeth pulled. While she was under, she was also spayed and given a rabies shot. This evening, when I went to check on her, I pet her head and she instantly started purring really loud. She doesn’t typically purr, especially like that so I took that as a sign that she is feeling better already! She is moving round and acting like she didn’t just have two surgeries which is great!

When I got there to pick her up, I planned on paying part today and the other part next week which my vet suggested to do so she can be spayed while she was already under. I was told though about a lady who helps people with their vet bills. My vet mentioned she knows we do a lot for our fosters that if I was okay with it, she would like to pay the rest of the bill. I am so thankful for her being willing to help, especially as much as she did. That took a weight off our shoulders! We plan on paying it forward in the future!

These three boys will no longer be able to make babies 🥳 we took them this morning to be neutered and get their rabies shots! They are doing good! Now to try and find them homes! If anyone is interested, give me a message! All three boys are very sweet and playful! Orange and white kitty is a little calmer than his two brothers. They are all around nine months old or so. If you have any questions about any of them, let me know!

All four fosters are really coming around. The calico girl and orange and white boy, which I don’t have pictured here, took a little longer to come around than the two tabby boys but they now love attention and are very vocal! We are still trying to find homes for the three boys! The female has been separated from the boys in hopes that she isn’t or will not become pregnant 🤞🏻 if anyone is looking for indoor male cats, around 8 months old, let me know!! There is a small rehoming fee but will make a deal if you take more than one!

Hi everyone! It’s been a long time since Ive posted anything on here. After re homing a lot of foster cats and kittens, I decided to take a break from fostering, in a sense. I still have four fosters that Ive had for months now. Two who I still want to spay before re homing and two boys who Ive had neutered and vaccinated but have hesitated to re home because of how skittish they were and now worry about re homing them and them having to start all over 😬

I have since met an amazing man who THANKFULLY loves cats just as much as I do. A few days ago, I was asked by a co worker if anyone I knew could foster two 3-4 month old kittens because they were taking milk from a mama cats younger kittens and because of that, those kittens didn’t seem to be growing as much as they should. I asked my boyfriend if we could foster them until we found them a forever home(s). We currently have a kitten of our own around that age and thought she’d like to have a couple friends her age for a while. He agreed and that evening, went to go pick them up. I have absolutely no idea where the communication went wrong, and to be honest, I think at least one person was lying about the situation, but what was supposed to be two 3-4 month old kittens somehow turned into four 7-8 month old young adult cats. We hesitated to take them all and didn’t come prepared to take that many but the lady threatened to drive somewhere and dump them all, therefore we took them all because we didn’t want that to possibly happen. One is a female who has since been separated. We worry there is a chance that she may be pregnant, just with her age, so we are waiting to re home her. Our goal is to have her and the two other female foster cats spayed here in not too long and then re home them all. Pictures of all four new fosters! If anyone would like some orange kitties, let me know! There is a re homing fee but willing to make you a deal if you want to take two, or even all three of them 😅
