Big Friend Little Friend Mentoring is a youth mentoring organization in Mitchell, SD, that matches children and teens (“Littles”) with committed adult volunteers (“Bigs”). Through trusted relationships, Bigs serve as positive role models and a reliable source of support, encouragement, and friendship.
Big Friends help their Little Friends build self-esteem, strengthen social skills, and make positive life choices that can have a lasting impact.

If you’re looking for a volunteer opportunity that will truly melt your heart, we encourage you to reach out to the organization to learn how to get involved. And if you know a child or teen who could benefit from a positive, fun mentoring program, this could be a wonderful opportunity for them as well.
