🎉 WE ARE SO CLOSE! 🎉
We have finally reached $1,625 out of our $2,000 goal! ❤️🐾 We are so incredibly grateful to everyone who has donated and supported Missoula Advocats. We are only $375 away from reaching our goal!
These donations help us pay our vet bills, cover spay and neuter costs, and provide medical care for the cats and kittens who depend on us. Every dollar makes a difference, and we couldn't do this without our amazing community!
Can you help us cross the finish line? We have until the end of the month to reach our goal, and we are so close! Every donation, big or small, means so much to us and our kitties. 🐱❤️

Sometimes, working in a cat rescue really sucks.

We fight for every little life. We give them everything we have: love, sleepless nights, prayers, and hope. We tell ourselves that if we just try hard enough, we can save them all.

But sometimes, no matter what we do, it's just not enough.

Sometimes, God has other plans, and we are left with broken hearts and unanswered questions.

We grieve the ones we lose because we see what could have been. The lives they should have lived, the laps they should have warmed, and the love they should have known.

But we cannot let the heartbreak overshadow the victories.

For every one we lose, there are others who survive, thrive, and find their forever homes. Those little victories matter. Every single one.

Sometimes, all we can do is make sure they knew love, even if only for a little while.

So we cry for the ones we couldn't save, and we celebrate the ones we did. Tomorrow, we'll get up and do it all over again, because every life matters.

We may not save them all, but we can make a world of difference to the ones we do.
RIP Lucky Bee

Meet George! AKA Gorgeous George! Our handsome boy is ready for his forever home! ❤️🐾
Remember George? This incredible boy came into our rescue last January after suffering a neck injury that was intentionally caused by a human. Somehow, George managed to get away and survive, but his road to recovery was a long one. It took until September for his neck to fully heal and for his skin and beautiful fur to grow back. Now, after everything he has been through, this approximately 8-year-old gentleman is finally ready to find the loving forever home he deserves!
George is a big, handsome guy who is currently working on his diet, and he needs insulin twice a day for his diabetes. The good news? He is an absolute pro at receiving his insulin! He does wonderfully with other cats and would love a calm home where he could potentially have a feline friend. He may also do well with older, calm dogs who will respect his space.
But what makes George truly special is his loving personality. This sweet boy loves making biscuits, licking his people, giving kisses, and sharing affection with those he trusts. Despite everything he has endured, George still has so much love to give.
George deserves a peaceful home where he can finally relax, feel safe, and be loved for the rest of his life. He has fought so hard to get to this point, and we cannot wait to see him find his happily ever after.
Apply to adopt George today at www.missoulaadvocats.org. You won't regret giving this handsome, loving boy a chance! ❤️🐱

🐾 BARN HOMES NEEDED! 🐾
Missoula Advocats is looking for safe, loving barn homes for some of our kitties who would thrive in a more independent, outdoor lifestyle!
We currently have 3 pairs of cats and 2 additional cats who may be able to be paired together looking for their own barn, shop, or other suitable property.
What does it take to be a barn cat caretaker?
Provide daily food and fresh water.
Have a heated water bowl for the winter or a warm, sheltered space where they can stay safe and warm.
Have a secure area where the cats can be safely confined for up to 3 weeks while they adjust to their new home.
These kitties don't need a fancy setup, but they do need someone willing to provide consistent care, shelter, and safety. ❤️
Do you have a barn, shop, or property that could use some feline residents? Or know someone who might be a good fit?
Please reach out to Missoula Advocats! Sharing this post helps us reach the right people and find these kitties safe places to call home. 🐱
