Update:

I had the opportunity to have Frank vom Duck Creek stay at our kennel for ten days. This definitely confirmed that I made the right call with this pairing.

Frank was a joy to have and showed the exact temperament that I was looking for.

With that said, we had two successful ties. We are hopeful for puppies around May 21st.

I will update this post again, when pregnancy is confirmed.

After 10 years of being involved with Deutsch Drahthaars and learning about the breed and breeding process from many experienced members of the club, I’m starting my own kennel: vom Nerzbach.

I appreciate the knowledge and guidance shared by those who have helped me along the way and look forward to what’s ahead with my dogs.
