I want to wish everyone a good luck weekend and be safe! If you and the one you’ve been after cross paths, give me a shout! If you don’t want to cape it, please don’t have your uncle that’s done it a million times do it, give me a holler and I will come to you and cape it or you can bring it here, to many great hides ruined because people can’t stay out of the brisket with a blade!
It is a lot cooler but still not cold yet, still recommend getting it all cut and in the freezer with the quickness

Will be $800/ shoulder and $1000/ pedestal this year, 50% non refundable deposit required

Knocking a few more birds out then I will be switching to deer as I only have a handful left, I know there’s a few of yall mad at me and trust me I completely understand, I couldn’t have planned for the events that have taken place this year, so I will say, I’ve made some promises I couldn’t keep for some of yall and I am sorry, rest assured your stuff will get done, if you don’t come back I get it, but don’t go running around talking about how long my wait time is or how bad my “service” is without adding the fact I lost my father 4 months ago, for the guys that have been cool and understanding, I will make it up to yall

Another customer finished up drying!

Did this Canada close to a year ago or more, came back with a banded woody, stud gadwall and big ol park bird to add to it!

Do have some open availability, once deer season kicks in fulls swing, I will only be taking in/worrying about deer at that time, as hot as it’s been the last couple years, time will be valuable!
