We are reaching out with concern regarding our former Facility Manager, Shani Berentson who is no longer employed with us and whose current whereabouts are unknown. Our primary concern at this time is her safety and well-being. We have reported this matter to the appropriate authorities. If you have had recent contact with her or have verifiable information that may help establish her last known location or a confirmed timeline of events prior to her departure, please contact us.

It is with deep regret that we announce the immediate and permanent closure of our facility. We are profoundly grateful for the support you have shown us over the past five years. Being part of this community has meant more to us than we can express, and this is not how we ever envisioned closing this chapter of our lives or our business. We sincerely apologize for the abrupt nature of this decision. If you have a standing reservation with us and have not yet been contacted, please reach out to us directly so we can resolve your account and address any outstanding questions.

Dear Friends and Clients,
We know how much you love your pets, and we love caring for them. After careful consideration and discussion, within the consortium, a difficult decision has been made. It breaks our hearts to announce that due to the severe veterinarian shortage in Minot, a situation made even more challenging by the closure of a local veterinary clinic, we must adjust our after-hours emergency care. Starting now, we will no longer be available for emergencies on Thursday nights and one weekend each month. We know this creates a difficult situation, and we are truly sorry. We’re committed to your pet’s well-being and will do everything we can to support you during our regular hours and guidance finding emergency assistance. We appreciate your understanding during this challenging time.
