Want to train your dog on a doorbell? Bells can be a great tool for helping your dog communicate. Not only can they be used for access to a doorway, but can also be used to indicate other events such as meal times, access to the couch or to sit on your lap, if the baby cries, company arriving etc.

This could also be very useful for individuals who are hearing impaired. The behavior can be taught to que with the doorbell, the smoke detector, or other important alarms. The Smart Bell by mightypaw has a light that goes off and can be placed on an outlet within peripheral view.

Check out these two cool Jack Russell Chihuahua mixes as they learn the Smart Bell!
