Meet Vegas, the OG Member of the Pack!

Callie adopted Vegas in 2021 when he was just over two years old. She began to document his training journey on , and Vegas is a big inspiration for pursuing a vocation in helping dogs like him live a fulfilling and fun life. He continues to learn from others and how to be part of a pack!

Vegas is loving, exciting, full of energy, and has come so far in his never-ending journey of obedience and adventure. He loves his sweater collection, fun snacks like sweet potatoes (peeled, of course), and snuggling underneath the covers.

Meet Callie Athey, Founder of Pack Evolution

Pack Evolution MN was founded by Callie Athey in 2025 out of a deep respect for dogs, their instincts, and the structure they thrive on. In her experience of working with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments, Callie saw firsthand how many dogs struggle not because of bad behavior, but because their physical, mental, and social needs aren’t fully met.

Callie built Pack Evolution MN around one simple belief: dogs do best when they move together, learn together, and are treated as individuals within a structured pack environment. Through thoughtfully managed pack walks and attentive boarding care, her goal is to provide dogs with consistent exercise, socialization, and leadership, while giving owners peace of mind knowing their dogs are safe, enriched, and well cared for.

What sets Pack Evolution MN apart is its intentional approach. Every dog is evaluated for compatibility, energy level, and temperament to ensure a balanced and positive experience. Safety, structure, and clear communication are at the core of everything Callie does.

Pack Evolution MN isn’t just about walking dogs or providing a place to stay, it’s about supporting healthier, happier dogs through routine, movement, and community!
