🐾 MEET COCO 🐾
SHE’S IN NEED OF A FOSTER OR ADOPTER!

Sometimes dogs find their way back to us in ways we never expected. ❤️

After nearly a year of not knowing where Coco was or if we would ever see her again, we finally got the call that brought her back into our care. There were a lot of emotions and questions, but more than anything, we are incredibly grateful that Coco is SAFE and back with us.

Now it’s time to focus on what comes next. 🥹

Coco is a beautiful 2-year-old Johnson Bulldog weighing around 70 lbs. This big brindle-and-white girl is basically an oversized puppy who thinks she belongs in your lap. 😂❤️

🐾 A little about Coco:
• 2 years old
• Spayed, microchipped & vaccinated
• About 70 lbs — ideal weight 75–80 lbs
• LOVES her people & is a total cuddle bug
• Walks nicely on leash
• Generally ignores other dogs on walks
• Has previously lived successfully with multiple dogs
• Cats unknown
• Kids 12+ due to her size & playful nature

Coco previously lived with five other dogs and did well. Her current introductions have been more challenging because one resident dog isn’t exactly rolling out the welcome mat 😂, so any canine siblings would require appropriate introductions.

She’s still a puppy in a BIG body playful, goofy, affectionate and unaware of just how strong she is! We’re looking for an experienced, confident adult handler, and adults should be the ones walking her.

Coco is also still working on potty training and does best with a consistent schedule.

Her current home stepped up when she desperately needed somewhere safe to land, but with three resident dogs already, it cannot be permanent.

After everything it took to get Coco safely back, we want to be thoughtful about where she goes next. We would LOVE to find a foster or adopter within our extended circle , a friend, friend of a friend, or someone connected to our rescue community so we can continue being part of her life. ❤️

Coco needs someone to meet her, fall in love with her, and give her the life we fought so hard to get her back for.

🐾 Could that be you?

Hey everyone, Deuce here! 💙🐾

You’ve seen my face a few times, but finding a place for me to go is becoming URGENT.
I need a foster or forever home where I can continue my training and put everything I’m learning into practice.

I was adopted as a Pit Squad puppy, but somewhere along the way, I was bounced around until my rescue found me again. They’re doing everything they can to give me the best chance at a stable, loving life.

I’m eager to please and have been working hard on my leash skills. I even work out on a treadmill! 💪 I’m crate trained, and I’d do best with a calm, confident person who will keep giving me structure, patience, and consistency. A laid-back, chill female dog could be a good fit, too!

The bill shared here is my current boarding and training bill. My rescue’s funds are stretched thin, and the costs keep adding up while I wait for my people. 🥺

Can you help me take my next step?

Meet Deuce 💙

This big, sweet boy has spent the past few weeks at Oh My Dog learning how to decompress, feel safe, and trust again.

After being bounced between homes for five years, Deuce needs stability, structure, and someone who understands him. He is incredibly sweet with people, but uncertainty , especially on leash can bring out reactivity.

And he’s making progress! 💙

Deuce is working on leash manners and learning what’s expected of him. One of his biggest accomplishments? Becoming treadmill trained! Walking was a challenge for previous owners and fosters, but with consistent guidance and the right tools, he’s discovering that exercise doesn’t have to be stressful. The treadmill has become a wonderful outlet for him.

Deuce is a BIG boy who needs a calm, confident handler who can recognize his insecurities, provide reassurance, and give him clear expectations. Consistency and patience will be key to helping him continue building confidence.

🐾 Deuce would do BEST with a tolerant, laid-back female dog who respects boundaries and doesn’t overwhelm him. He is around many dogs at the facility but is selective about his playmates. Compatibility matters, and introductions will be guided by his trainers.

For walks, Deuce will need to continue using a Power Loop or Snoot Loop. His trainers will teach his new foster or adopter how to properly and confidently use the equipment.

❤️ Sara will also provide a couple of follow-up training sessions as he settles into his new home, helping his person navigate the transition and continue his progress. You won’t have to figure everything out alone & we want to set you BOTH up for success!

Deuce is treadmill trained, muzzle trained, and learning every day. Underneath his insecurities is a loving dog who wants to feel safe and understood.

After so much change, he deserves a steady home with someone committed to his training, routine, and trust. Once you earn his trust, you’ll see how much love this boy has to give.

🐾 ADOPT ME: MILES 🐾
❤️ 10 MONTHS OF WAITING FOR HIS FOREVER ❤️

Today marks 10 months since Miles came into our care. Ten months of being loved, learning, and growing but still waiting for a family to call his own. 🥺

This sweet, affectionate boy is approximately 2–3 years old, and his foster family calls him “Mr. Wigglebutt” for a reason! Miles greets people and dogs with full-body wags, excitement, and plenty of kisses. His favorite things? Walks, couch cuddles, belly rubs, food, and toys that keep his busy brain entertained! 🦴

Miles is thriving with the comfort and structure of his foster home. Now he needs someone ready to carry that love and consistency into his forever home.

🏡 His ideal home:
• An adopter who can handle his strength and continue his training with patience and positive reinforcement.
• A confident dog who enjoys rough play could be a great match! He does well with his foster’s resident female dog.
• He could also thrive as the only pet and happily soak up ALL your attention.
• His enthusiastic greetings and play style may be too much for small or anxious dogs, cats, or small children.

🌟 He already has so much going for him!
Miles is crate trained, knows most commands, and has great recall in familiar settings. He is very food motivated and responds well to treats and clicker training!

Miles has also been working with a trainer, and his leash skills are improving! Seeing people or dogs can still make him excited to say hello, but he’s making progress learning how to manage that excitement. His future family will need to continue practicing those skills and building on the work he’s already done. ❤️

Ten months in rescue. A whole heart ready to give. One family still to find.

Could YOU be the family Miles has been waiting for?

🐾 Contact Pit Squad Rescue MN to learn more about adopting Miles. Please share his future family might be on your friends list!
