This has taken me a bit. For those of my amazing clients, that I consider friends and family. I thank you.
No way to put this. For those of you that know, thank you so much. Those that don’t, and anyone that has reached out as a new client.
My beloved darling best friend, husband, had a tragic accident 3 weeks ago, and passed on October 11.
I am so thankful for everyone that has reached out, and my grooming community that has supported me.
I am not quitting. It will take time, and again, all my appreciation.
I am posting this because I’ve been asked.

I’m getting back, but it’s a soft opening. If I am not ready for your dog, it’s not personal, I just know my limits, and want to be safe for your dog, as well as my hand.

OT said my carpal tunnel recovery will be another 2 weeks, and will get worse before it gets better. I’m trying! Please find other groomers until I get back, I wanted to be back next week, not happening.
It’s not just the carpal tunnel, it’s the plate on my broken radius, and bone chips in the ulnar bone. Never trust a hand rail. Miss you all. 😭

UPDATE: I’ve had so many texting me when I will be back. I so appreciate all of you, and I miss you too! I really had hoped to be back by next week, however, my OT is telling me NO. As much as I want to get back to it, I don’t want to cause permanent damage by forcing it. I will be in touch as soon as I can, but I don’t want to make appointments I can’t honor. Please reach out to me for referrals, I’ll try my best to get you into a groomer that works. Unfortunately, all of my trusted local friends are booked, so you may have to travel, or get a haircut you’re not happy with.

It was a very unfortunate accident that happened, no one is more unhappy than me. It breaks my heart to sent MY dogs to other people.
