You may have seen this woman at the clinic jiggling your cats' bellies. If so, realize she is our new hospital manager and not just a random person. We are so psyched to officially welcome Miriam (over a month late because we post with GenX frequency)! Miriam is a damn miracle. Although she comes to us from Chicago, she is the coolest FIB we've ever met.

While many businesses observed Columbus Day this past Monday, the veterinary profession actually started celebrating our veterinary technicians for a whole week on Monday! We choose to acknowledge the contributions of our technicians who improve and save the lives of your pets every day, in lieu of colonizing and enslaving indigenous populations. We think it's a more sound celebration.
