So today is a lesson about why I have a variety of flowers on the farm. One type of flower attracts a certain wasp that searches for the horned tomato worm. These caterpillars feed on the tomato plants. The wasps then find them, turn them into zombies and grow their larvae on them. Those are good wasps taking care of my plants! Also plenty of tomatoes, beans and cucumbers today! Have a great weekend!

Howdy! Beautiful day after a day of rain. Last night we had our last farm/beer dinner of the season. Hard to believe the summer went that fast! We know the bounty is nowhere close to being done, so keep showing up to the farm stand! We were selling well into October last year. Think about us for your next event in our Elevated Acre space!
