A good foundation on a 2 year old that is thoroughly taught the correct basics, rather than forced or intimidated later, will make a happier 3 year old that is easy to get along with.

I am proud of Emerie Craft, she has worked hard and been to the house to ride Joker 1-3 times per week. But just work- doesnt work- in this business unless you have a good horse!

Introduction to Reining Clinic with Jake Ballard NRHA Professional! April 18, 2026 at Hurricane Creek Ranch! The clinic will cover horsemanship, learning body control of your horse and an introduction to reining maneuvers, including spins, lead changes, sliding stops and speed transitions. Jake is a 4 time NRHA Futurity Finalist and coach for non-pro riders. He has the ability to communicate information to riders in a way to keep things simple for horse and rider. This clinic is best suited for riders who are showing in Ranch Shows and NRHA Green Reiner classes. Cost is $175. Clinic is limited to 10 riders. We had a fun week in Harriman, our first regional show of the year.

💯Whizkey Trick and Mira Courtney had some beautiful runs in the rookie classes!

O hollys Nite and Kennedy Stephens took 💣first place in Novice horse Non Pro Level 1 & 2🔥 on Sunday

😎Spooks Gotta Cowboy and Nancy Dalton knocked the rust off together in the Non pro classes, winning 2nd in the Limited non pro on Friday. Great job Nancy!

🤠Good job getting Rummy through the show pen, Emma Lemke!
