First lesson jitters are real. Here's what happens when you show up at Clean Sweep Farm.
That's the whole point of a beginner lesson. You just need to show up.
We'll introduce you to your horse before you ever get in the saddle. Getting comfortable on the ground first makes a big difference.
Posture, how to hold the reins, how to communicate with your horse. Nobody's cantering on day one and that's completely fine.
We go at your pace. Some people are nervous. Some people are overconfident. (We love both.)
Our instructors have seen it all and know how to meet you where you are.
You will probably be sore the next day. Fair warning. It uses muscles you forgot you had.
And yes, you will want to come back.
Private beginner lessons are 45 minutes and $50. Ages 7 and up. We also have Tiny Tot lead line lessons for the 5-7 crowd.
