All of February is veterinary dental awareness month!

Home dental care can go a long way toward helping protect your pet against dental disease and related problems. Start your puppy early by brushing their teeth at least a few times a week. Dental health is a critical part of your pet's overall health, severe dental disease can affect your pets heart health as well. part of their yearly check up we take a look at your pets teeth to make sure everything looks great. early detection is key to preventing severe disease and yearly cleanings for senior pets helps the longevity of their teeth.
Some warning signs of dental disease can look like, foul smelling breath, trouble eating on one side of the mouth or both, sensitivity when touching your pets face, swollen face and teeth falling out. If you see any of these give us a call to book an exam and dental!
