Communication update! 👍🏼 Unfortunately, I’ve been sick since my birthday last Friday. There are some nasty viruses going around. I’m finally turning the corner. I know I am behind on getting back to some of you - sorry!

Honesty is always the best policy! This spring I got bit by a standard poodle and had to stop working with the clients. It temporarily scared me off of the breed.

When my lovely repeat clients asked me to watch their pups, one of which is a standard poodle, I was honest that I was really hesitant and scared now.

We got together for a walk and I haven’t felt the slightest issue since. This sweet dog was just responding to my own fear. Once I let it go, we were fine. In fact, we never had an issue at all

It’s important to remember we bring our past experiences to the current table, even when they aren’t invited.
