‼️We are reposting our yearly reminder of our late cancellation and no-show policy due to an increase in these issues.‼️
Please make sure you are giving yourself enough time to make it to your appointments, especially if it’s during summer construction season or winter bad weather season! 🚧❄️
And please make sure you are giving us 24 hours notice or more if you need to cancel your appointment. ⏱️

🚨🚨 Due to the increase in last minute cancellations we have had to become more strict with our late cancel/ no show policy.

🐾 LATE CHECK IN- If you are running late to your appointment you MUST contact us prior to let us know. Our schedules are full and we cannot guarantee we will be able to take you late. If you will be later than 10 minutes and our schedule does not allow wiggle room, your appointment will be put in as a missed appointment and you will have the fee of the groom to be paid prior to rebooking as we are no longer able to fill your slot and no longer have enough time to complete the scheduled service.

🐾 If you are 10 minutes or later with no notification you will be marked as a NO SHOW and your appointment will be cancelled resulting in the full fee of the groom scheduled. Rescheduling will not be an option until the missed appointment has been paid.


We set just enough time aside for each client that is scheduled. If we run late on one we run late on the rest of our day and that is not fair to the clients who arrive on time and have had their appointment times secured for months.

🚨ANY CANCELLATION WITHIN 24 HOURS OF YOUR APPOINTMENT

🐾 Will be charged the full fee of the appointment scheduled.

- We cannot always fill grooming slots last minute therefore resulting in the loss of the service.

We are a small buisness and rely solely on the appointments that we have scheduled and it is up to the client to reach out if there is a conflict with the scheduled appointment prior to the day of their appointment.

New emergency vet now open near the University Mall!

The first VEG ER For Pets location in Vermont is officially open on Dorset Street. The clinic is helping to fill a gap in emergency care for dogs and cats and even exotic pets like lizards and snakes. FULL STORY⬇️

GREAT NEWS: Finny’s is set to open at noon on Saturday, April 4 - weather permitting!! We are looking forward to sharing all of our new menu items and of course ice cream flavors!! Stay tuned for more details ❤️🍦

Hello, NVTPG fam! ☀️
We just wanted to remind everyone that with temps anywhere above freezing point, those pesky bugs will be out and about- fleas, ticks, flies, and mosquitoes, etc. can thrive as soon as it’s above 32F.
Make sure you’re keeping your pups up to date on their flea & tick and heartworm preventatives, and be aware that if they’re laying in grass they may end up with ant or fly bites on their belly!
