Finally got all my starts and plants in the beds.
Thanks to some very appreciated help putting these beds together.

Nina & Chris for sitting on my porch assembling these planters. My hands could barely turn a nut anymore 🥴
My husband for scooping the best soil he could find in the compost pile.
Now I start on planting carrots,radishes and my much needed herbs.
Then the fence as it took our dog's one night to play sandbox dig😡
and the goslings 2 days to leave a trail of lost tags and bites out of multiple plants 🤦‍♀️
Not exactly the help I needed

My Garden helper Pipp

Due to us both covered in pepto bismol daily when she was brought up to the nursery at only 2 days of age.
I am not sure what happened but she was litterly caked from head too toe in mud and extremely dehydrated.
Her siblings are 3x's her size already.
So for now she is a house pig as she improves or fades, she will know tenderness and love.

Working on the garden between doing chores.
My soil passed the inspection committee and so far all raised beds are also approved.
Only 12 more beds to install These 5 inspectors should stay quiet busy this next week

2026 kidding season is A wrap..whew..its been a long one!

and they all wanted out at the same time.
When labor is stalled so you go in to check the reason and first thing you feel is a Butt..No feet,
2 back feet
2 front feet.. belonging to seperate Kid's and with no head 😬
That was fun!!..Not!
It was a game of blind sorting..Big breath, Closed my eyes and begin sorting out who was who.
All 3 are doing great,Mom is sore but also doing great.

2 More Doe's to kid and now its our mulefoots turn.
Macchiato (Nubian) is Due tomorrow
Mirage (Nubian) is due Friday
Then kidding is over for 2026
Bonnie (Mulefoot) furrowed yesterday with 7 piglets.
and Salty " Bonnie's daughter ( Mulefoot) is due in 2 weeks.
We have some gilts available now.
between 200 & 250 lbs.
Our Spring lamb's will be ready in June.
Only a few Ram lamb's will be offered, The rest will be whethered so if your needing a really nice ram contact us soon.
and Muscovy Ducklings coming out our ...well..um..Ducklings EVERYWHERE!

Well calfing may be over but bottles are not🤦‍♀️
First time mom's sometimes just don't get it.
I now have a bottle bull calf on top of bottle lamb's and
bottle goat's
Goat's where planned,The others where not.
