Update: Another representative from another company has been reported to us by our loyal clinics to have now been telling them that Dixie Memorial Pet Gardens has had “management and ownership changes”. AGAIN, this is false information, and we ask that anyone else that witnesses this conversation to notify us immediately with the time, date, name of the representative spreading misinformation (keep their business card if possible), and the person or people with whom they discussed this “rumor”.

Thank you for your loyalty and support. We have served this community for 34 years, and we will NEVER lower our standards or commitment to pet owners and veterinary providers in our community.

To Our Veterinary Clients and Pet Owners

It has been brought to our attention that misinformation about our company has been fabricated and circulated to the veterinary clinics that we serve. An individual has been telling clinic personnel that the owner of Dixie Memorial Pet Gardens, LLC has sold the company to a foreign company (in France).

We want to assure our community that this is a false rumor. We have absolutely no plans or agreements to sell or engage with any third party organizations. Dixie Memorial Pet Cemetery opened in 1992, and we changed our name/entity to Dixie Memorial Pet Gardens, LLC in 2006 with the expansion of our services. We take great pride in remaining an independent, locally owned, professional pet aftercare provider for the Mid-South community.

We look forward to continuing our trusted relationships with the veterinary professionals and pet owners in this community.

Please contact us at 901-873-4127 with any questions. We would also like to be notified with the date, time, location, and name of any person that may approach you with false information in the future.

If you chip away at the price, you chip away at the person behind it

Yeah it’s “only money” until you’ve spent 10+ years getting ground down by this every day, arguing over £20 while your mental health goes down the drain.
Some tradies can brush it off, some just haven’t got the strength to live in that battle zone every single day – and that’s alright.

We’re allowed boundaries. We’re allowed to say no. We’re allowed to not compromise on price when our bills, tools and heads are on the line.
Stand together, back your fellow trades, and stop letting people haggle you into burnout.

Back your price or walk away. Your peace is worth more than their discount.

More information: Her name among friends is Nikki but it is spelled Nicky on her vet records so you would not question about me having her correct records.

Posting more info, pleading for help to find a home for my deceased cousin’s dog. She is so happy and affectionate to those coming and feeding her and walking her twice daily. At 90 lbs., she might not be good around little children because she might inadvertently knock them down. She would be great with older children, a couple, or an adult. Not sure how she would be around cats because she has never been around them, but she is a very gentle and well-behaved girl. No accidents or messes in the house while being fed and walked twice daily.

Desperately needing your help!

A close family member died suddenly on Saturday. He left behind his sweet dog Nicky. She had been rescued off the street several years ago, lived with her “dad”, just the 2 of them. She would probably be best in a quiet “only pet” home. I have all
of her recent veterinary records, UTD, spayed, 5 years old, 94 lbs.
She is still sleeping in her dad’s bed. Friends and family members cannot take her because of multi-pet environments and work schedules. She is so lost and confused. I am not sure how she would act around cats or other calm dogs because she just lived with her 71 yr old dad for the last several years.

PLEASE HELP ME find a loving quiet home for Nicky in the Memphis area.
