Today is a reminder to take a moment for yourself and prioritize your mental wellbeing. 🤍

Our pets can be a wonderful part of that journey. 🐾 Spending time with our furry companions can help reduce stress, provide comfort, encourage us to stay active, and simply bring a little more joy to our day!

Today, take a breath, slow down, and spend some time with the ones who remind us that sometimes the best therapy has four paws. 🐶🐱

Happy International Rabbit Day! 🐰🤍

This International Rabbit Day we are spreading awareness on the importance of spaying and neutering rabbits! Did you know that up to 80% of unspayed female rabbits develop uterine cancer by age 5? Spaying eliminates this risk, while neutering male rabbits eliminates the risk of testicular tumors - both serious health risks that we can help prevent. Spaying and neutering also can reduce hormone-driven behaviors. Give your bunny the best chance at a long, healthy life! 🐇

Today, we pause to remember the lives lost and the families forever changed by September 11, 2001. 🤍

We also honor the brave first responders, search-and-rescue teams, volunteers, and the remarkable search-and-rescue dogs who worked tirelessly alongside their handlers in the aftermath.

We invite you to read this article highlighting NYPD K-9 handler Robert Schnelle and his search-and-rescue dog, Atlas, along with veterinarian Dr. Cynthia Otto, who traveled to New York to care for the working dogs in the aftermath of 9/11.

More than 300 dogs took part in the search, rescue and recovery efforts at ground zero following 9/11.
