Miss Zoey was the perfect model for showing why prep work is so important!
Part of our grooming process is the bath, blowout, and brushout. We get questions often on if owners can bath themselves at home to save some money- and while i totally understand where you’re coming from (and no offense intended) you can NOT get these coat results from a quick at home bath and towel dry.
Prep work is the arguably the most important part of the groom. We use high quality professional shampoos, coat/ skin sprays, high velocity hand held dryers, and our years of experience and knowledge to give us the best possible results for each dog and coat type. And the process won’t look exactly the same for each dog- that’s where our knowledge comes into play. We know what to use and when to achieve the results we need- and we splurge on the absolute best when it comes to products. All included in your grooming price!

Her cut would would have been incredibly choppy & uneven had we not done our prep work properly- which is why we don’t allow you to bath at home before their groom.
