POV: You're on your way to your appointment, but you spot a very important someone at the front desk and simply MUST stop for a hello!

Finnegan made a pit stop to say hi to Gibson at reception, and these two had to get nose to nose for the occasion. Forget the usual check-in process, this is clearly the VIP greeting package! We can only imagine what they were sniffing out, but we're pretty sure it was a very important conversation.

Honestly, we'd stop for this kind of meet-and-greet, too!

Callie came in for her very first puppy visit last week, and she was determined to make a great first impression! Her strategy? Offering her new veterinarian, Dr. Parikh, her paws completely unprompted. Who needs to be asked when you're already this eager to please?

Callie, you had us at hello! We are officially obsessed with this little sweetheart, and we have a feeling Dr. Parikh is, too. What a perfect way to kick off your puppy visits!

Not all heroes wear capes. Some wear scrubs!

True acts of courage, kindness, and strength aren't always found in the pages of comic books or on the big screen. Often, they're found in the people who show up every day, ready to make a difference. At Milford Animal Hospital, our veterinary technicians are those everyday heroes.

From comforting nervous patients and lending a gentle hand during difficult moments to providing skilled medical care and going the extra mile for every pet, our vet techs bring compassion, dedication, and heart to everything they do. Their work isn't always easy, and much of what they do happens behind the scenes, but the impact they make is immeasurable.

This Veterinary Technician Week, we're celebrating our incredible team and thanking them for being the heroes our patients need and the teammates we are so lucky to have. Lynn, Janet, Amy, John, Emily, Ashley, Alex, Victoria, Adrian, Carl, Brigette, Mia, Briar, Ysabella, Heather, Sharon, Sarah, and Joseline, thank you for all you do!

Something delicious was cooking at MAH this morning! Dr. Sachar and Hospital Manager Jana headed into the breakroom to whip up a special breakfast for our team in celebration of Veterinary Technician Week. It was a tasty way to show some appreciation for our amazing vet techs and all the hard work, dedication, and compassion they bring to our patients every single day. Svetlana may be tiny, but her Tongue Out Tuesday game is BIG! This adorable little Pekingese is giving us just the tiniest peek of her tongue, and honestly, that little blep deserves a whole lot of attention. Sometimes the smallest details make the biggest smiles!

And since it's Veterinary Technician Week, we're sending some extra love to our amazing vet techs who help make visits a little less scary, a lot more comfortable, and full of care for patients like Svetlana. We appreciate everything you do for our patients and their people!

IT'S SUNDAY FUNDAY!!!

It’s not winter yet, but it sure feels like it outside! With these chilly temperatures rolling in, we have to ask all our cat parents a very important question: Which one sounds more like your feline friend?

Are they staying in SUMMER BUSY mode, with endless zoomies, mischief, and things to do? Or have they switched to WINTER BUSY mode, where staying cozy, napping, and doing absolutely everything from the warmest spot in the house is a full-time job?

We are honored to share that new tiles have been placed on our Rainbow Bridge Remembrance Wall, each one celebrating the memory of a beloved pet who is forever in our hearts.

If you are a past or current client of Milford Animal Hospital, we invite you to visit the wall next time you are here to see these beautiful tributes.

Would you like to honor your own pet’s memory? For a $20 donation, you can submit a photo and dedication to be added to the wall. After your pet’s tile spends time on display, it will be returned to you as a keepsake. A portion of each donation also supports the Veterinary Care Foundation to help pets in need.
