Owned and operated By Amanda Fuller from Milan, IL. Amanda has been working with animals for a total of 15 years and Grooming for 9+ years. She started out working with animals in 1998 cleaning kennels and assisting in medical operations at the low cost clinic for the Quad City Animal Welfare Center in Milan, IL. She received her grooming certificate in 2004 and has been grooming Full Time ever si
