How’s your dog’s recall?

Cooper is a young, working breed, and he’s at the age where his drive is fully engaged. We’ve been working on his recall and he’s come leaps and bounds. In this situation he saw a squirrel and I normally would prevent him from chasing prey, but in this particular situation we were in a good environment for a test. The second I called, his attention immediately shifted back towards me.

Having a reliable recall is vital for two main reasons -
1. For your dogs safety
2. For your safety
