🎄🐾 The holiday season is right around the corner, and grooming appointments are filling up! Make sure to get your pups scheduled early so they’re looking and smelling their best for all the holiday festivities! ❤️

As we head into our busiest time of year, we wanted to share a friendly reminder about the importance of keeping your scheduled grooming appointments.

Our groomers work on commission, and grooming your pups is their profession! Each appointment is time specifically reserved for your dog, and our groomers plan their workdays around their scheduled clients. We appreciate everyone being mindful of their time, especially during the busy holiday season when so many families are trying to get their pups in!

We completely understand that things come up and plans change! We just ask that you give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule so we have the opportunity to fill that appointment with another pup.

🐾 A few friendly policy reminders:

* We offer a 15-minute grace period. After that, a $15 late fee may apply.
* No-call/no-shows may be charged 50% of their scheduled grooming service.
* Fees are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, but we will be enforcing our policies more closely during the busy holiday season.
