Veterinary Assistant
Hours:
Monday-Friday 8AM-12PM, 2-6PM
Saturday 8AM-12PM

Responsibilities:
- Restrain animals for examinations, radiographs, bloodwork, & routine procedures.
- Appropriately filling prescriptions.
- Patient care: including, but not limited to, treatments, keeping kennels tidy, and diagnostic procedures for both in-patients & out-patients.
- Anesthetic monitoring, intubation & surgical prep.
- Placing clients in exam rooms, obtaining minimal histories, & applying charges
Qualifications:
- Previous veterinary experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift minimum of 30lbs & restrain animals.
- Must be a team player & have willingness to learn
- Minimal computer skills required
Veterinary Receptionist:
Monday-Friday 8AM-12PM, 2-6PM
Saturday 8AM-12PM
Responsibilities:
- Greeting & checking out clients.
- Answer phone calls promptly & politely.
- Appropriately filling prescriptions.
- Scheduling & Making appointments.
- Computer scanning & filing
Qualifications:
- Computer skills required.
- Client communication & courtesy
- Previous veterinary experience preferred but not required
- Must be a team player & have willingness to learn
- Attention to detail
