Here we are starting September
➡️We have several dogs needing more monthly preventatives.
More vaxx.
🐾Seven dogs will need HC'S/fecals to be able leave to go up north.
We pay $70 just for HC'S alone for each dog. F***l costs $32
Math all that together and well 😵💫
One dog is getting neutered this Friday plus a 4dx.
💲️Our current vet bill as of today is
$2,264.97
It'll go up today because we have Shelly going in for a health check
F***ls, 4dx and Credilio.
We saved her from our shelter last week.
We paid $2,800 on our bill last week. Scrounging together every dollar we can.
Thanks to so many generous people we were able to do that.🙏
To be honest I'm a bit worried about how much more we can keep doing this.
Seeing so many dogs in need. It's disheartening and God Bless our fosters who keep saying, I can take another.
For instance...
Rocky who came to us from the shelter with a broken leg.
Damn near bled to death in my car(that's not an exaggeration either) I'll include the photos so everyone knows we aren't lying.
His owner knew about him and decided he didn't want him anymore, go figure.
So we took him. Because we typically take alot of medical and senior dogs. Well we basically take all kinds.
We didn't hesitate and just wanted to save him. Being he was failed one to many times.
He was neutered on 8/28
Was supposed to have the pin in his leg removed.
Another infection has shown up in the compound fracture, so now he's on the aggressive antibiotics again.
Goes back 9/18 to HOPEFULLY have it removed. So he can finally heal, recover and get ready to head up north in Oct.
His bills adding up to 3k and we haven't come close to raising that.
One of our pups we recently saved, Jelly Bean luckily got his vetting fully sponsored. So he's good.
But so many others haven't.
And for the most part we understand people are basically tapped out. Donors are burnt out.
Every time you turn around someone in rescue is begging for money.
That's just the life in rescue. If we quit all together so many dogs will miss a second chance.
The amount of requests we get is mind blowing. We can't even read all the messages being sent to us.
We have a total of six foster homes. All with dogs we've saved.
We don't have unlimited space but we offer the best care we can give.
With all this being said
We are at it again trying to raise funds to get our vet bill paid down.
Get seven dogs up north to meet their new families.
Every dollar goes towards vetting, preventatives and food.
Even if you can't donate we understand.
A simple share can help. That one share may be seen by someone who can donate. Who has never heard of us and can see what we do.
Whatever the amount it's truly appreciated. We are always grateful to everyone who supports us and believes in our mission to save lives. ❤️

Photos of the many lives we've saved and in foster care.
Might not be as many as others have. But lives saved and that is what matters to us.
Rocky is doing great. He's happy again and not feeling abandoned and defeated.
