🐶 Grooming is booked out until the 8th!
🐾Boarding is full for this weekend!
🦃 Thanksgiving boarding: we have 4 kennels left!!!
🎄 Christmas boarding: we have 3 kennels left!!!
🛟 We are going on a group trip September 11-14! I’m taking the girls to float the river!
📝 We will be having a new way of doing things starting Wednesday! I will put on here when I get it all together!

There are no words big enough for today. 💔🐾

This week, Annie has had so many adventures. We made memories, soaked up every moment together, and even let her try some new foods and little treats she may not have gotten before. ❤️ I wanted her final days to be filled with love, happiness, full bellies, and all the things that made her tail wag.

And now, as much as my heart is breaking, I know it’s time.

Today is the day I say goodbye to my sweet Annie. 😭💔 The hardest part of loving them is knowing that sometimes we have to make the most selfless choice and let them go. As much as I want to keep her here with me forever, I know she will no longer be in pain.

Annie, thank you for every adventure, every laugh, every cuddle, every goofy moment, and every bit of unconditional love you gave me. You were so much more than a dog—you were family, and a piece of my heart will always belong to you.

Today, I’ll hold you close, tell you how much I love you, and carry you through this final goodbye. 🌈🐾

This Saturday, I will have to make one of the hardest decisions I’ve ever had to make. 💔

I will be saying goodbye to my own personal dog, Annie.

Annie isn’t just my dog. She is my family, my heart, and a part of my life that I can never replace. She has been there through so many moments, and the thought of my home without her is something I’m simply not ready for.

Anyone who knows me knows how deeply I love dogs. They are not just my business or my job — they are my life. I have had the privilege of loving and caring for so many of your babies through Stars Hollow, but there is something completely different about having to make this decision for your own.

This Saturday, I will have to choose the hardest kind of love: letting Annie go peacefully, even though every part of me wants more time.

I already know my heart will be shattered. I know I’ll look for her in all the places she used to be. I’ll miss her little habits, her presence, and all the ordinary moments that I never realized I would someday wish I could have back.

So if I seem a little quieter, emotional, or not quite myself over the next few days, please know that I’m carrying a very heavy heart.

To my Stars Hollow families, thank you for understanding and for always allowing me to love these animals so deeply. Your dogs become part of my life, and I hope you know just how much that means to me.

If you have your own baby at home tonight, please give them an extra hug for Annie and me. ❤️ Hold them a little longer. Take the picture. Let them know how loved they are.

Because sometimes the greatest gift we can give them is the hardest goodbye.

Until we meet again, Annie. 🌈🐾❤️

🐶 Grooming is booked out until the 30th!
🐾 Boarding is full the next few weekends!
🦃 Thanksgiving boarding is quickly filling up, so get those reservations in!
🦮 We do take boarding reservations up to a year in advance! If you know later vacations, I can always put them in for you!
🚫 We are looking at closing the weekend of September 11th to all go out of town! I’d like to treat my staff to a group vacation!
