🌸🐾 **Meet Hazel!** 🐾🌸

Isn’t she just the sweetest? 🩷 Hazel is a perfect reminder of why we love our furry friends so much! Today, she’s helping us spread the word about the importance of spaying your pet. 🐶✨

💕 **Why is spaying so important?** 🐾 Helps prevent unwanted pregnancies and surprise litters. 🐾 Eliminates the risk of uterine infections (pyometra), which can be life-threatening. 🐾 Reduces the risk of mammary tumors, especially when performed at the appropriate time. 🐾 Prevents heat cycles and the behaviors that can come with them. 🐾 Helps your pet live a healthier, happier life!

Spaying is an important part of preventative veterinary care. ❤️ Every pet is unique, so talk with your veterinarian about the best timing for your furry family member.

Let’s give our pets the best chance at a long, healthy, tail-wagging life! 🐕💗

Give sweet Hazel some love in the comments! ⬇️🥰

🐾 Treats are tasty but too many of the wrong ones can make your pet sick! 🐾

We all love spoiling our furry family members, but it’s important to be mindful of what and how many treats we give them. 🐶🐱

Some treats and human foods can be high in fat, which may contribute to pancreatitis (inflammation of the pancreas) in dogs and cats. Signs can include:
• Vomiting
• Diarrhea
• Loss of appetite
• Lethargy
• Abdominal pain or discomfort

Even treats that seem harmless can be too rich for some pets. When in doubt, stick to pet safe, appropriately portioned treats and avoid sharing fatty table scraps. ❤️

🐾 A healthy treat is one your pet can enjoy without putting their health at risk!

If your pet is showing signs of illness after eating something unusual, give your veterinarian a call. 🩺🐾

Treat wisely. Love generously. Keep those tails wagging! ❤️

🦷✨ Dental Transformation! ✨🦷

Check out this amazing before & after from one of our recent dental cleanings! 🐾

Regular dental care is an important part of your pet’s overall health. Plaque and tartar can build up over time, leading to bad breath, gum inflammation, discomfort, and more serious dental disease.

A professional dental cleaning allows our veterinary team to remove built-up tartar and clean areas that are difficult to reach at home. 🪥🐶

Healthy mouth = happier, healthier pet! ❤️

If your pet is due for a dental exam or you’ve noticed bad breath, tartar buildup, red gums, or difficulty eating, give us a call to schedule an appointment!

Every pet’s dental needs are different. Your veterinarian can recommend an appropriate dental care plan for your pet.
