LOOKING FOR PART-TIME RECEPTIONIST!
This could be just a temporary/seasonal or permanent position as one of our long time receptionists has to go out of state for a family emergency for at least the summer. Applicants would plan on working Mondays 7:30am-7:30pm, Tuesdays and Fridays 7:30am-5:30 pm and 1-2 Saturdays per month from 8:00am-12:00pm.
Requirements for the position include:
*Basic working knowledge of computers
*good phone etiquette, good organization and record keeping skills
*ability to work well with people and animals
*Ability to multitask
Customer service/reception experience is highly preferred since we are a very busy and fast moving clinic. You are the first face people see when they walk in, we want to make a good impression!
