🌭 Sometimes you just have to follow the smell of a good hot dog! 😂

We spotted Mike Aldridge Hot Dogs today at Tommy’s Car Wash in Middletown and decided to grab some lunch. SO glad we did! Delicious food and a great guy!

Even better, he was out there supporting a fundraiser for the Community Chess Club! ❤️

We love seeing local folks out there working hard, serving up good food, and giving back to the community.

If you see Mike and his hot dog cart around town, stop and show him some love! You won’t regret it! 🌭👏

Talk about a GLOW UP! 💚🐾

Apparently, even dog waste stations can have a midlife crisis! 😂 Years of soaking up the sunshine had faded this poor thing beyond recognition, and let’s not overlook that sagging bottom. Honestly, as someone in midlife myself, I can relate.

At Little Landmines, we believe maintaining your community means doing more than just emptying trash cans and refilling bags.

💚 FAIR PRICING, ALWAYS! We work with suppliers to get affordable, competitive pricing on replacement parts and supplies. And here’s something we’re proud of: We NEVER mark up supplies. What we pay is what you pay!

🧡 NO LABOR CHARGES FOR REPAIRS! If your community has a service agreement with us, we don’t charge labor to repair your stations. It’s part of taking care of you!

💚 WE DON’T DRAG OUR FEET! When something needs fixing, we work to get it taken care of ASAP. Nobody wants a broken station sitting around for weeks!

🧡 PERKS FOR YOUR RESIDENTS, TOO! Residents of the communities we service receive 10% off our residential pet waste removal services! And the more neighbors who sign up within the same community, the more opportunities we have to offer even bigger discounts. Less travel for us means more savings we can pass along to you!

💚 SAME VALUES, EVERY BACKYARD! The same ethics, honesty, fair pricing, and commitment to going above and beyond that we bring to your HOA are exactly what your residents can expect when they invite us into their own backyards.

We don’t believe in nickel-and-diming our communities or their residents. We believe in building relationships, being fair, and taking pride in the places we’re trusted to maintain.

Because doing just enough has never been our style. 💚🧡

🐾 A HUGE thank you to everyone who came out to Bark on the Boards today! 🧡🐶

It may have been cold and windy, but that didn’t stop everyone from showing up and making it a wonderful day!

We truly appreciate everyone who stopped by to say hello, supported us, and braved the chilly weather with their four-legged friends. Seeing so many familiar faces and meeting new ones is always our favorite part of these events!

Thank you to Brandywine Valley SPCA for all their hard work putting this event on. 🐾🧡

“Just enough” has never been our style. 🧡

When an HOA or community hires Little Landmines to service its pet waste stations once a week, we want residents to have what they need all week long.

That’s why we add QR codes to our stations. If the bags run out before our next visit, residents can scan the code and let us know. We’ll send the closest available technician within 24 hours to refill them.

Could we wait until our scheduled visit? Technically, yes. But an empty bag dispenser isn’t helping anyone pick up after their dog!

To us, going above and beyond means noticing what would make a service better—and doing something about it. That’s how we believe our communities should be cared for. 🐾
