Due to the significant snowfall we had the last 24 hours. All appointments will be based on how the morning looks Tuesday and Wednesday (I know some of my more rural clients need more time for snow removal). Phone calls will be made by 8am morning of. I was in the middle of switching phone carriers and when they did the iPhone to iPhone transfer I didn’t know your text didn’t go over with the rest and now the old phone is gone! Please remember in the fall season. I am extremely busy due to all the scheduling changes for everything else in the season.

When I send out a confirmation text and I don’t hear back from you the day before your appointment, as well as the morning of your appointment by the time listed in that text message or voicemail. I do assume that you are canceling or rescheduling the appointment, and I will not be showing up. As to not waste any drive time, gas or yours or my time.

I do appreciate each one of you, my clients, and in the past couple of weeks I have had people not confirm or reply to any messages and when I arrived, they forgot they had an appointment and was either not home, or the pet was not home.

Thank you to my clients this weekend for being understanding and rescheduling. I have no idea what has hit my household but I appreciate you all. Unfortunately Danny got it the worst but I’m hoping to be back to normal schedule tomorrow after another day of rest and meds.
