Adopt Cheese-it!

Cheese-it just turned 1year old. He is a super, special sweetheart. He's shy meeting new people but with patience, people get to see the real Cheese! It is hard to find him a home because of his initial shyness and he needs to be adopted with another playful cat or kitten. He was adopted and returned because of playful but prey driven aggression. He attacked his owner a few times in bed. He did not have any cats to play with and his owner didn't have much time for him. We believe if he has another cat to play with he will get his energy used better. And not sleep with his family at night. He was in foster until he was 8 months old with other cats and kittens and he was a total gentleman. Never attacked foster mom at night. He's an awesome boy with such potential! UPDATE!
Wow! We are so blessed. We had some amazing, wonderful people donate items on our wish list and donate money to go towards food and litter! We even had some much needed items donated from our Christmas wish list. We're are so grateful for your generosity in helping our rescue kitties. You've given us hope that people do care about the cats that we help! Thank you so much!

Every little bit helps us help our current cats and future rescues! We spend thousands just on medical needs.

A few weeks ago a delivery guy told me he had 1 female cat and that had 14 litters of kittens. He seemed proud about that. I'm sure my blood pressure went up! I was speechless.

14 litters in 5 years = 280,000 kittens
In 8 years 29,015,196 kittens.

The shelters and rescues are bursting at the seams already.

Please spay and neuter every cat that shows up at your house! There are low cost spay and neuter programs in the Treasure Valley.
SNIP, OPERATION COMMUNITY CATS, PET HAVEN and SPAY NEUTER INC. There may be more programs out there. Please don't wait until you are overwhelmed with unwanted kittens.
