❕ Shop policies!

These have been posted in shop for over 2 years but we have been lenient. Going forward we will be enforcing these to all customers.

Deposits are required for any large breed dogs when we book. (We are currently not taking new large dogs). Deposits are required after any “no show” appointment to rebook. As always, the deposits goes towards your overall total the day of service.

❕Pick up is required within ONE hour after we’ve contacted you. $10 will be added to your total for every hour after. We do not offer any sort of day care services at this time & have limited kennel space.

Thank you 🐾
