A Quick Update from Embrace Animal Hospital**

We wanted to let everyone know that we are currently experiencing an outage affecting both our internet and phone services. Unfortunately, this means we are unable to receive phone calls, access email, or communicate through our normal systems at this time.

We have been in contact with Frontier, and the earliest technician appointment available is today between **1:00 PM and 5:00 PM**. We are hopeful that service will be restored shortly after they arrive and assess the issue.

Please know that our team is here, caring for patients and doing everything we can to minimize the disruption. We understand how frustrating it can be when you need to reach us and cannot get through.

If your pet is experiencing a medical emergency, please proceed directly to your nearest emergency veterinary hospital rather than waiting to contact us.

We sincerely appreciate your patience, understanding, and support while we work through this unexpected issue. We will post an update here as soon as our phone and internet services are restored.

Due to the incoming snowstorm, we will be closed Monday, January 26th. We are in hospital today (January 24th) until 12pm, and plan to resume normal hours on Tuesday, January 27th. Please stay safe and warm!
