While we make every effort to accommodate emergency cases, our capacity to accept all urgent visits is occasionally limited. As a general practice rather than a dedicated emergency clinic, there are instances where we may not be sufficiently staffed or equipped to manage specific medical crises. In such cases, a referral to a specialized emergency hospital may be necessary to ensure your pet receives the appropriate level of care. Although priority is given to our established clients, equipment or capacity constraints may still require us to refer you to an emergency facility.
