🐴 NOW HIRING: BARN HELP! 🐴
Looking for someone who loves horses, hard work & a little barn dirt!

We’re looking for a reliable, responsible, independent, and horse-loving person who truly wants to work to join our barn team! This is a hands-on position for someone who doesn’t mind getting dirty and understands that happy horses = clean stalls, full hay nets, fresh water, and the occasional blanket change marathon. 😂

🧹 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Cleaning stalls & paddocks
• Filling hay & water
• Turning horses in/out
• Putting on & removing blankets
• General barn chores & keeping things tidy
• Helping keep the horses happy, healthy, and well cared for
• Other daily barn tasks as needed

🗓️ Schedules Available:

Monday–Friday:
⏰ 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Ideally looking for one consistent person for the weekday shift.

Saturday:
⏰ 7:00 AM – Finish
OR
⏰ 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Sunday:
⏰ 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM

✔️ Independent and able to work without constant supervision
✔️ Truly wants to work and takes initiative
✔️ Comfortable working independently
✔️ Has horse/barn experience
✔️ Not afraid of physical work
✔️ Pays attention to detail
✔️ Understands that barn life means some days are glamorous… and some days you’re covered in p**p. 🤣
✔️ Takes pride in doing the job right

Horse experience is strongly preferred, but the right hardworking person who is willing to learn may be considered.

Adventures of Lefty!

Well… I guess I owe everyone an explanation. Last week you all saw me soaking in my fancy whirlpool boots, living my best spa life while everyone thought something was wrong with my foot.

Here’s a little secret… there really wasn’t.

Dressage? Meh… a little overrated if you ask me. They gave me almost a whole week off before the show, so I figured I’d keep pretending my foot felt “a little funny.” Extra days off, extra pampering, and watching the humans spend money on me? I’d call that a win.

Then off to New York we went… and WOW! Those rolling hills, the terrain, the giant jumps… now that’s my kind of party! Me and the kid had an absolute blast. I cruised around the training course like I owned the place, jumped every big jump they pointed me at, splashed through the water, and came home with a double clear in both cross-country and stadium to finish 4th in a large division

Now everyone is acting like I’m some kind of superstar. They’re already talking about doing it all again in two weeks.

Next stop… Vermont!

Guess I’d better let them keep thinking those expensive spa treatments worked. Don’t tell them my miraculous recovery was mostly because I decided it was time to stop milking my “injury.”

Stay tuned… Lefty and his sister are hitting the road again. I promise to keep the humans entertained… and just a little bit broke. 🐴😂💙

There is so much to be proud of with this team. While the ribbons and accomplishments in the show ring are exciting, what makes us the proudest is the growth that happens outside of it.
Watching these riders develop true horsemanship, build confidence, support one another as teammates, and become more independent is what this journey is all about. Their dedication, sportsmanship, and willingness to learn continue to impress us every day.
A huge thank you to Hanson Riding Club for hosting a wonderful show day. We appreciate all of the hard work that goes into making these events possible. Congratulations to all of our riders—We couldn't be prouder of this incredible team! ❤️🐴

🐴 Adventures of Lefty 🐴

Well... it's not over till it's over! 😏
I figured if I was going to make a comeback, I might as well give it everything I've got. So I've been running fast, jumping high, and doing all the cute things the kid keeps asking me to do. And rocking it, if I don’t say so myself! 
And what does that get me? VIP treatment! 💅
Check out these fancy soaking boots... they're basically horse whirlpools. Spa day, anyone? I work hard, so naturally I deserve the deluxe package. 😂
Meanwhile, my sister is just hanging out at home. Sorry, sis... you're just not as awesome as I am... yet. 😜

A very late weekly Wednesday! We’ve been very behind on the social media but we are full swing into show season! The kids have a great 3 shows at the Briggs mini shows series! Lots of laughs, smiles, and hard work each and every week! Stay tuned as they gear up for show #4 and lots more to come! Congratulations to all horse and rider combos we are so proud of all the hard work you have put in this year, on and off the horse!
