🫧🤍Scheduling Update 🤍🫧

Hi everyone! I wanted to give a quick update on what my schedule will look like over the next few months. 🤍

I am officially finishing up my last semester of school! Because of that, my appointment times are going to look a little different than they have in the past. Throughout the week, I’ll mainly be scheduling appointments in the late afternoons and evenings, and I’ll also keep my Saturday and Sunday appointments!

I will still have plenty of availability for all of my clients my hours are just shifting around a little while I finish school!

With my schedule looking a little different, I also want to encourage everyone to book your appointments in advance whenever possible! Pre-booking is the best way to make sure you can secure a spot that works for you and keep your pup on a consistent grooming schedule without having to go longer than usual between appointments. 🐾 If you know your pup typically comes every 4, 6, or 8 weeks, I highly recommend getting that next appointment on the books ahead of time!

I also want to give a little reminder about drop-off and pick-up times. Since I am completely one-on-one grooming, staying within your scheduled drop-off and pick-up times is extremely important. Each pup has their own dedicated appointment time, and I need enough time between clients to clean, sanitize, reset my room, and be completely ready to give the next pup my full attention. 🫧🐶

Because of this, I will be starting to enforce a late policy for arrivals or pick-ups more than 10 minutes past the scheduled time. This simply helps me keep my day running smoothly and make sure every pup receives the same one on one care and attention they deserve. 🤍

This schedule will continue through the remainder of the year, and at the beginning of the new year, I’ll post my updated schedule and hours moving forward!

Thank you all so much for being understanding, working with my schedule, and most importantly, trusting me with your pups. Getting to spend my days with them truly is one of the brightest parts of my day, and I’m so thankful for every single one of you! 🫧🤍
