🐾 Help Us Care for Our BBC Campus Cats! 🐾

The FIU Pre-Veterinary Society is raising funds to provide veterinary care for the stray cats who call Biscayne Bay Campus home. Every cat deserves the chance to live a healthy, safe life.

We’re starting with one beloved campus cat whose irregular belly may indicate a medical concern. Donations will go directly toward veterinary exams, preventative care, and any treatment recommended by the veterinarian.

🌾 Farm Day Recap! 🐄

Our members had the opportunity to participate in an Artificial Insemination Workshop, where we learned the fundamentals of the procedure, proper handling techniques, and the importance of reproductive management in livestock.

A huge thank you to Jen for taking the time to teach us, answer our questions, and show us the do’s and don’ts of the procedure. We appreciate you sharing your knowledge and making this such a fun hands-on learning experience!

huge thank you to Susie and everyone at the SPCA for giving our Pre-Vet Society such an amazing hands-on experience with the horses!! we loved learning more about equine care and getting the opportunity to spend the day with you guys. We are all so grateful for your time and kindness :)
