Did you know? “Slowing down” isn’t always just part of getting older.

Stiffness, taking longer to stand up, falling behind on walks, avoiding stairs, or hesitating before jumping onto furniture can all be signs of osteoarthritis. Pets are also very good at hiding discomfort.

Arthritis can’t simply be wished away, but there are many ways to help manage pain and maintain mobility.

Tyler's BB is the so sweet and a pure joy when she comes to work with him!
Hi everyone! I’m BB, a 10-year-old Chihuahua mix, and I’m pretty sure my greatest talent in life is loving absolutely everyone I meet—especially kids! ❤️
I’m happiest when I’m surrounded by people, and if there’s a kitchen nearby, you can bet I’ll be there waiting patiently… well, mostly patiently. I’m always the first one in the kitchen begging and the very last one to leave. I believe good food should never be wasted, and someone needs to make sure everyone is doing their job. 😉
I also have a little post-bath tradition: ZOOMIES! 🛁💨 The second I’m clean and fluffy, I have to run around like I’ve just discovered I have four legs for the first time.
But my favorite part of all is my little buddy Gibbi. I absolutely adore him. ❤️ I truly feel like he’s my best friend—and, in a funny way, the puppy I never had. I love being around him, looking out for him, and sharing all of life’s little adventures together.
At 10 years old, I’ve learned that life is best when you love everyone, never miss an opportunity to beg for food, and always keep a good little friend by your side. 🐶💕 See less

🐾 Meet Remi — A Heart of Gold Looking for His Forever Family

Remi is an almost 4-year-old neutered boy with so much love to give. He’s the kind of dog who just wants to be part of a family—and he’s wonderful with people, newborns, and other dogs.

Remi is up to date on all of his vaccines, heartworm prevention, and flea/tick medication, so he’s ready to start his next chapter!

🎓 Smart & Fun!
Remi knows his basic commands and loves showing off his special tricks, including shake and twirl! He’s eager to please and enjoys learning new things.

🐶 A Social Butterfly!
He absolutely loves people and does great with other dogs. He has even been wonderful around newborn babies, making him a sweet addition to the right family.

🧡 Still Learning
Remi can be an enthusiastic walker and does pull on leash, but with patience, consistency, and a little training, he has so much potential to shine.

🐱 What About Cats?
Remi simply hasn’t been around cats yet, so we don’t know how he would respond to them. A slow, thoughtful introduction would be best if his forever family has feline friends.

He has the love, the personality, and the goofy little tricks—now he just needs someone to give him the forever home he’s been waiting for.

Molly is spayed and up to date on everything she needs. She does have a history of vaccine reactions, so her future family will want to discuss that with their veterinarian when planning her vaccinations.
