"Do Right By The Horse"

Do right by the horse so they may know the way; The way to seek your hand, the way to approach something new thoughtfully, the way to carry you.

Do right by the horse so that you may know the way; the way to soften after being firm. The way to approach something new thoughtfully. So that you may lead them confidently.

Do right by the horse so that whether you are on a trail or in an arena, working a cow or approaching a fence, riding with the sunrise or into the sunset, they stay steady beneath you waiting for your cue.

Do right by the horse so that you may find the wealth of a deep breath, the utter peace of a long, slow blink, and the beauty of the little things.
