Mexa Groom

🚨🚨FAMILY🚨🚨
At our center, dog grooming is a profession we approach with absolute seriousness and respect. Therefore, we would like to remind you that great results are a reflection of consistent maintenance at home.
🐕✨It is neither technically reasonable nor ethical for animal welfare to undo months of matting or correct improper coat care in just a few hours. In these situations, we will professionally evaluate if the service is viable, which may generate additional fees, or if we must opt for an alternative solution for the physical health of your pup.
📋We kindly ask for your trust in our diagnosis. We are experts at what we do; we will not sacrifice a dog’s well-being or devalue our team’s effort over unreasonable demands.
🛑We love caring for your pets, and we are deeply grateful to those who value our knowledge, time, and daily dedication. Let’s keep working together for their health! 🤍

Gracias por todo, de todo corazón.

Con cariño,
Salma & Bryan 🩷🐾

With grateful hearts, we say goodbye to MexaGroom. 🐾🩷🖤

After a lot of thought and some very difficult months, we’ve made the decision to close MexaGroom and begin a new chapter in our lives. 🥹

What started as a dream to build a business became so much more. You became our community, our friends, and for many of you, our family. 🐶

Thank you for trusting us with your babies, believing in us, supporting us, and being part of our journey.🙏🏻

MexaGroom may be closing its doors, but the love, memories, and friendships will stay with us forever.✨

This is not goodbye to our story. Just goodbye to one chapter.

With all our love,
Bryan, Salma, Khala & Liam 🖤🩷

Gracias por ser parte de nuestra familia. Los llevaremos siempre en nuestros corazones. 🐾🫶🏻✨
