Our process for orders.

We do not normally have boots made up ahead of time. You can check with us sometimes we do make up extra. We are just starting back up so it’s going to take a little time for us to streamline our process. If we have your size already made up we will ship those to you right away.

We do not cut and make boots until they are paid for. Once paid for it takes a few weeks to make and ship. No more than 3.

For dog show delivery. We will announce the show we are going to all dog show delivery boots must be ordered and paid for by the day the entries close. We will try to have a few extra at each show but no guarantee.

Any exception to our design requires a 10.00 custom fee. What constitutes custom is If you want different color trim, elastic etc. or you want taller or shorter for example.

When your boots are shipped we will send you a tracking number. We ship usps priority.

If for some reason we cannot come to the show we will ship your boots at our cost. So please provide an address with every order you place.
