WILDWOODS SILVER JUSTICE (Jesi) 03/04/2008 - 08/24/2021

For those of you who were lucky enough to get one of our pups, their father Jesi passed away today. Jesi was a beautiful individual. He protected his family, his home, and if he could get away with it, he'd convince his canine family to take the 1/4 mile stroll to swim in the trout fishing area of the Prairie River. The fishermen didn't bother him.

Although he was a family member and house dog, he usually didn't involve himself with canine dis-"tempers" (when they flared). He didn't need to prove anything. His home was his domain, his domain was his Kingdom.

Jesi lived for almost 12 years on his ranch on Deer Trail, retiring for the past year at his home in Merrill Wisconsin. He had a very happy and healthy life. He was the father to close to 65 beautiful puppies, (not an ugly one in the bunch - we've seen your pics). Many of these pups still bless their owners with their presence today.

Jesi was a strong and powerful dog until his passing at age 13 years 5 months and 20 days. A pretty good run for a purebred Silver Labrador. Joints, tendons, and muscles may not last forever. But his place in our hearts will always be home to his memory. Our tears are not yet dry, but we can take our cue from the master of "What's Next???" (Pant, pant, pant, pant).

"It's probably going to be fun, especially if it's a truck ride where you reach way out and your lips flap in the breeze .... it makes your mouth feel cold!"

Jesi didn't sweat the small stuff. The best game was fetch. The best meal was horse p**p. And the rule was, "if you can smell it, you can find it."

What a treasure this bundle of joy was..... from day one. He brought unimaginably huge moments to our life. Truly unforgettable. Please feel free to post any pics from his bloodline and their humans..

This is Muraco. He is loved and well cared for, and it is an extremely hard decision but I need to rehome him. He is an AKC registered yellow lab, neutered, microchipped 3 year old who is very energetic, playful, and smart. He has been through basic puppy training and knows several commands. He has begun to show possessiveness over his food toward other dogs, cats, and people. I do believe that this can be trained out of him, as well as the way he over-exuberantly greets new people. I unfortunately just can not give him the time he needs to become the best dog he has the potential to be. I believe he would do best with someone with experience with dogs, no other male dogs, and for safety sake no young children. I would love for him to go to a home with a female dog as he currently has a best friend female lab that I would hope for him to visit on occasion if at all possible. He is current with shots and very healthy. He loves retrieving tennis balls. He is accustomed to a fenced in yard. $800.00. Please call or text 715 571-7301.

One of our dear family members has a lost SILVER LAB near the Crivitz, WI area. She was just visiting there and became frightened and took off earlier this afternoon. She is unfamiliar with the area and is generally a little more of an anxious girl. This picture is of her sister, but looks alot like her. PLEASE SHARE and help us find her!
